What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Pay Pal only. Personal checks or money orders (in U.S. funds) are also gladly accepted.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Insured U.S shipping charges start at $12.00 and international shipping at $30.00. Please contact us for a shipping charge estimate. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we will gladly ship overseas upon your approval of any additional shipping charges that will be incurred. We are happy to prepare a quote for delivery outside the U.S. for you to review.

Can I exchange or return something I bought online?

Yes. If you decide within 30 days of receiving your order that you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to arrange for an exchange or return of your artwork. For more information, see our Return Policy.

Three Easy Steps: Go to our Order page to complete and submit the form with all of the necessary information. We will email you an invoice with the totals and payment details within a few hours.

By Phone:
If you would feel more comfortable ordering over the phone, please feel free to call us at 904-794-1188. We are available to answer any questions you may have and to take your order at the following times: Seven days a week 9am to 9pm (EST). If you want to pay using a credit card, we will send you an invoice via email.

Is there a store where I can come and view the art?

Although we no longer operate our downtown St. Augustine gallery, we can arrange an appointment to view our artwork in the northeast Florida -Jacksonville area. We can also mail or email detailed photographs of the art upon request. Call 904-794-1188.
